Dark garnet core and a mature ruby rim. Intense and mature nose blending earthy notes, chalk, truffle, and smoke, with ripe dark fruit like black cherry and cassis, and a mild oak-derived spiciness. Dense palate, good proportions, ripe tannin, a well preserved acidity and sweet fruit on the darker side with good oak integration, harmonious with good complexity and a long lingering finish.
