Dense dark garnet with a purple hue. Pure and intense offering some balsamic notes, blackberry, plum and cassis with mild notes of leather, oak and dry spices. Good density and structure, still youthful and slightly unresolved but fine backbone of tannin starting to soften, adding freshness, pure dark fruit flavours, savoury with a good level of freshness underneath, integrated oak and a promising length, harmonious and potent, needing just another one to two years to fully open.
