Bright light golden colour with a vivid mousse and delicate bubbles. Pure nose starting to open, showing some lees-derived complexity, fresh butter, brioche, crushed nuts, fresh yellow fruit, peach and ripe citrus. The palate shows low dosage, bone-dry with a crisp acidity, fine harmony rather chardonnay-driven flavours with stone fruit, citrus and hazelnut with a refreshing mousse, small bubbles and a long vivid finish.
