Bright medium deep golden colour with vivid small bubbles. Intense and complex nose offering fine lees-derived complexity with brioche, butter, roasted hazelnut, almond and yellow fruit with zesty citrus and floral notes. Bone-dry palate with a sense of aged sweetness - nougat, candied fruit and sweet citrus, yet remaining dry with a crisp acidity, fine mousse, delicate and flavour intense with good proportions, followed by a long and lingering finish.
