Bright dark purple core and hue. Pure and aromatic, floral with violet, freshly crushed dark berries, pepper, clove, ginger and some smoked meaty notes with garrigue, bay leaf and some stem inclusion. The palate shows great grip and freshness combined, ripe but present tannins, a bright acidity with floral dark fruit, crushed berry notes leading to a long, vigorous and peppery finish.
