Bright medium to deep purple core and a garnet hue. Pure nose, moderate ripeness, fresher and cooler, yet being ripe with bay leaf, garrigue, white pepper, cranberry, plum and cherry with mild (old or larger) oak. Digest palate, fresh and digest young fruit, still a youthful texture, yet no hard edges, crushed berry fruit with dry and herbal spices leading to a long and digest finish.
