Youthful light golden colour with a vivid young mousse. The nose shows some lees/yeast derived notes, slightly Fino-like with chamomile, nuts, and citrus. Bone dry with medium weight and a crisp backbone, a mellow mousse, discreet young fruit flavours, nutty with a rather long finish.
