Rather deep golden colour with a mellow mousse. Nutty and Sherry-like nose offering dried fruit, citrus, herbs and chamomile. Bone dry and crisp palate, medium weight with some maturity, autolytic notes and dry spices, rather complex in a personal style with good length and finish.
