Medium deep rosé colour with a copper hue and lively young mousse. Pure nose offering pinot-like aromas of raspberry, plum, clove, ginger and ripe citrus. Generous palate, ripe red fruit with a classic dosage level, fresh acidity underneath, creamy young mousse and some gentle pastry notes, still on the youthful side but nicely balanced on the fruitier side.
