Light golden colour with medium sized vivid bubbles. The nose exhibits ripe citrus, white flower, chalk, lemongrass, fresh butter and rather chardnnay driven. Bone dry palate with a crisp acidity, chalky presence, still youthful but layered with a reamy backbone, and a long pure finish.
