Light to medium deep golden colour. Some maturity and evolution on the nose, ripe citrus, yellow fruit, pineapple, creamy nougat notes and a slight salty/sherry touch. Bone dry towards extra brut with a bright acidity, yet some creamy and sweet yellow fruit flavours a hint of evolution, long and creamy finish.
