Bright straw colour, plenty of fine bubbles. The nose is pure and discreet, rather mineral with hints of citrus, almond, yellow fruit and floral notes, good grip and bite on the palate, mouth-watering freshness, balanced mousse, young but ripe fruit and a long juicy finish.
