Light golden colour with a green hue and mild creaminess. The nose is rather exotic and ripe with yellow fruit, candied, ginger, lemongrass and some pastry notes. The palate is medium bodied with a fresh backbone, young creaminess, rather dry towards Extra Brut with a nice salivating sensation, ample fruit and some buttery notes, good length and grip. Still a bit on the youthful side.
