Bright light golden with a fine vivid mousse. The nose displays some chalky notes, pale stone fruit, ripe citrus, hazelnut with fresh butter and brioche. The palate has a nice freshness and tension, dosage on the lower side with bright stone fruit flavours, ginger and lemongrass with a gentle nuttiness, soft and creamy mousse with a good persistency and approaching mature autolytic complexity.
