Bright straw colour with a gentle copper hue and delicate, yet vivid bubbles. Fine purity and restraint, rather pinot-dominated aromas of plum, raspberry, cherry with citrus, crushed nuts and some autolytic creamy pastry notes. Good grip and bite in a drier style, voluminous and well balanced with a fresh backbone, good ripeness of fruit yet in a discreet and elegant profile with fine purity, length and harmony.
