Pale straw colour. Rather exotic nose, a balsamic spiciness, mint, wild herbs and white fleshed fruit. Medium weight with a slight bitterness, youthful and restrained fruit, grape and citrus zest with a rather long finish, feels like a skin macerated style, different but balanced.
