Bouchon Family Wines – Las Mercedes Sigular Semillon – 2016

Bright transparent colour with a green hue. Pure and discreet nose offering crushed apple and pear with lime and some herbal notes. Medium bodied palate, nicely textured with some phenolic presence adding bite and grip, crisp acidity, youthful and primary fruit with good length and a classically bone dry finish.
