Bright pale straw colour with a green hue. Pure nose with some smoky and flinty notes with pale fruit like green apple, cucumber, lime and fresh mint, nicely layered and slightly mineral, feels like a less aromatic variety but still some complexity. The palate is rather full with a nice texture, balanced phenolic/bitter notes, bright acidity and a juicy long finish.
