Las Mercedes – 100 Cuadras Sauvignon Blanc – 2017

Bright and transparent with a green hue. Youthful nose of primary fruit, some floral notes, citrus and green apple. The palate is on the lighter side, fresh and crisp with crushed pear, an herbal spiciness, a slight bitterness and a moderate finish.
