Pure light golden colour and lively small bubbles. The nose is fine and flinty with mineral hints, stone fruit, peach, almond and hazelnut. The palate is intense and mouth filling with a very fine silky mousse, a bright freshness, elegant toasted notes, ripe stone fruit and a very long lingering finish, well balanced and highly potent.
