Austria,
Niederosterreich,
Light golden colour, almost with a hint of pink. Aromatic nose, fresh with good purity. There is a presence of stony minerality. The fruitiness is quite ripe here, with hints of pear and plum. There is a slight grassiness and a herbal spiciness to it. It offers a lot of freshness. The palate is still on the youthful side. There is a slight presence of CO2 there. I like this youthful and crispy fruit; crushed apple, pear, fresh melon. Underlined by some that pepperiness, with those herbal notes. Very bright freshness. In terms of structure it has medium weight, but quite long finish. Good grip and a zesty freshness on the after taste. It feels very youthful, very fresh, almost straight off the press I would say. It should certainly have potential for further development.
