Austria,
Niederosterreich,
The colour is pink, rosé wine with medium intense colour. Onion skin, darker dye, somewhere in that direction. The nose is quite sweet, indicating ripe fruit. With hints of red berry, sweet spices, honey, pear. Medium weight on the palate, with good grip, quite full-bodied for a rosé I would say. There is a slight hint of phenolic or tannic presence there. Spicy, with hints of fresh grapefruit. Still quite youthful with an elevated acidity. It should probably calm down within the coming year or so. Quite long finish so good purity and a lot of richness for a rosé wine.
