Austria,
Niederosterreich,
Very youthful and a pale colour. Very fresh nose. Very much like freshly fermented grapes or wine. With notes of like crushed apple and pear. Fresh juice with a presence of fresh grapes actually. Floral with some lemon and lime. Very pure and inviting. There is a youthful freshness on the palate as well. Medium weight, with a good grip, those pepper and spicy notes, lemon, ginger, white pepper. It gives a level of sweetness though it is quite dry on the palate. It appears really cheerful with that fresh apple and pear fruit. With long and lingering finish. Still a bit light and unresolved. Still good purity and good length and I would say good potential.
