Light golden colour with fine bubbles. Pure nose showing some maturity and autolytic notes, fresh butter, sweet citrus, almond and yellow fruit. Very nice grip, bone dry with a gentle creaminess, intense citrus and stone fruit flavours, well-balanced with an approaching nutty complexity and a long lingering finish.
