Intense dark ruby red core. The nose is generous and oaky with vanilla, smoke, spices and ripe dark fruit like plum and cherry. The palate is dense and ample, nice fruit and less oak on the taste but still vanilla and roasted notes. Bold with high tannin and a long dense finish, but still oak dominated needing time.
