Allee Bleue Wines – L’Amour Toujours – 2008

Dark, ruby red with slight evolution on the rim; elegant nose with a hint of complexity, sweet fruit, tobacco, dark cherry, blackcurrant, mint and well settled oak. A hint of smoke appears after some aeration. Rich and full with a tannic backbone; however, the tannins are ripe and add freshness, good clean fruit, juicy dark cherry and blackcurrant, well rounded mid palate and a long, warm aftertaste of fine spices, tobacco and sweet fruit - very good with excellent potential.
