Antica Fratta – Essence Nature Pas Dosé – 2011

Bright light golden with a fine mousse. Pure rather discreet nose with lemon, pear and apple, some buttery/creamy notes, rather young palate with intense creaminess, high acidity and restrained fruit, still feels a bit young, but pure and fresh with decent length.
