Pale straw colour with a light fizz. Intense and aromatic nose offering fresh citrus, grape fruit, elderflower and white-fleshed fruit. The palate has medium weight, a slight dollop of sweetness but fresh with acidity, plenty of citrus tinged white fruit, a herbal and floral spiciness and a fairly long finish.
