Bright straw colour with a youthful green hue. Pure nose with some chalky/mineral notes paired with pale stone fruit, elderflower, citrus and lemongrass. Generous palate with notes of crushed pear, ripe citrus and grapefruit with a fruity sweetness and a rather long generous finish.
