Youthful dark ruby/purple colour. Generous nose, ripe dark fruit, some roasted oak and gingerbread spices. The palate is dense, ripe and modern with new oak, cinnamon, pepper and clove notes, sweet plum and dark berries dominate. Dense, intense and long finish, nice fruit and good material. A bit marked by the oak but should certainly develop.
