Light golden colour with a rather fine mousse. The nose is intense and displays vanilla, some roasted nuts, a hint of oak, butter and yellow fruit. The palate has a good density and bite, fresh yellow fruit, some nutty, spicy and mature notes, creamy mousse and a fine persistence.
