Borgogno – Cannubi – 2011

Medium deep ruby with an orange rim. Pure and bright nose with wild berries blending red and dark fruit with dry spices, some mocha and discreet oak. The palate is dense and weighty with rich extract, yet well integrated tannin, flavour intense and fresh dark fruit, good oak integration, damp tobacco and « pain d´épices » notes. The finish is long and dense with bright ripe fruit flavours.
