Ca del Bosco – Brut – NV

Bright straw colour with a light golden hue. Slightly tropical nose, apricot and fresh pineapple with citrus and some floral notes. Medium weight with a fresh backbone, mild creaminess and attractive fruit, good grip and length, some autolytic maturity/complexity, slight nuttiness and nice drinkability.
