Cantina Santadi – Rocca Rubia Riserva – 2015

Inky dark purple colour. Pure youthful nose with high ripeness showing cassis, plum, dark cherry and some wild herbs. The palate is dense yet fresh with ripe dark fruit, polished tannin, fine oak and a very long layered finish, still young with more to come but nonetheless rather delicious today.
