Inky dark core and a mature ruby rim. Mature nose with dried fruit, some balsamic notes, dried cherry and a hint of wood. Medium weight, rather flavour intense with chocolate, prune, fig notes, still a tannic bite in the background. Rather long finish, mature and spicy, good time to drink now.
