Castel Mimi – Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve – 2012

Medium to deep ruby colour with a purple hue. Intense and spicy nose with some balsamic notes, dark berries, mint and sage with discreet oak notes. Digest and fresh palate with ripe tannin, layers of dark fruit with a fine underlying spiciness and tobacco notes. Long and dense finish, fine potential.
