Light golden colour with fine small bubbles. Fresh nose of floral hints, white fleshed fruit, pear, apple and citrus, some maturity and autolytic notes with crushed nuts and fresh butter. Very nice bite on the palate, invigorating acidity, balanced by ripe fruit, creamy texture with mild mousse and a long intense finish, good depth for a Non Vintage.
