Cellar Minkov Brothers – Minkov Brothers – 2011

Medium towards deep ruby red. Generous nose with roasted aromas, spices and some new oak.The palate has flavor of red fruit, is a bit young and raw with a tannic core, high acidity, good weight, rather well structured but in need of more time to develop nuance.
