Light ruby colour, almost like a dark rosé or clarete. Spicy and layered nose with white pepper, garrigue, bay leaf, mint, fresh red berries, citrus and some meaty notes. The palate is medium-bodied and digest, savoury red fruit with layers of peppery spice, rounded texture a nicely fresh backbone and fine length, excellent drinkability.
