Medium deep ruby red colour with a lighter rim. Some maturity on the nose, a hint of new oak, ripe red fruit, some roasted and oaky notes with dry spices, cherry and kirsch. The palate has good density and weight, rounded texture even if young with a wealth of sweet spicy fruit and a long warm finish.
