Medium to deep ruby with a purple hue. Quite young nose of freshly crushed berries, pure fruit, notes of cassis, dark plum and aniseed, well-tuned oak. The palate has good density and well-rounded texture, grainy but young tannin, layers of fresh dark fruit, good freshness and an elegant toastiness on the background, long and rounded finish, well made, rather attractive already but certainly with an ageing potential as well.
