Château des Bormettes – Instinct Parcellaire – 2015

Dense dark ruby colour with a purple hue. Spicy nose offering tobacco, pepper, dry spices, leather and ripe dark fruit and some smoky notes. The palate is dense, still a youthful texture with tannic bite but no hard edges, nice spiciness and layered dark fruit with tobacco and liquorice notes on the finish. Long, warm and unctuous.
