Slightly darker fruit than La Mission on the nose with crushed cassis, plum, leather, tobacco with fine oak, mocha and gravely notes with a floral hint, very layered and inviting. The palate is dense and voluminous with digest dark fruit, very fine extract with polished tannin, incredibly pure fruit with absence of any oak flavour, fresh and digest despite a rigid concentration. Very long and grippy finish with a remarkable freshness and purity. Superb.
