Dark purple hue. Ripe dark fruity nose with violet, plum and cassis notes. The palate is dense and concentrated, still youthful and unresolved with a dense core of tannin, layers of violet, blackberry and dark fruit with mild oak and a long finish. Nice material suited for long ageing.
