Château Haut Sarpe – 2011

Medium deep ruby red colour. Sweet berries, some herbal notes and discreet wood. The palate has medium weigth, rather elevated tannin, sweet fruit, a hint of confiture, spicy notes and a rather long finish. Should deserve some more time in the cellar.
