Château Mont Pérat – 2016

Bordeaux
MEDAILLE-TASTED-88-2024
France,
Bordeaux,
Deep purple core and a lighter rim. Fine toast on the nose, some new oak, red and dark berries with some herbal spiciness and tobacco leaf. Full-bodied palate, still on the extracted side with chewy tannin, youthful fruit, some wood presence and a medium to long finish. A wine needing a few more years to soften.
