Château Troplong Mondot – 2010

Very inky colour with a ruby core. Very intense aromas of roasted oak, coffee, dark berries, spice box and tobacco. The palate has an immense concentration, very rich and powerful with a huge length, layers of dark spicy fruit, immense but rounded tannins, mouth filling and impressive with an overwhelming structure. Should still deserve plenty of time in the cellar to calm down but it has doubtlessly a huge potential!
