Dense core with a purple hue. Pure nose with ripe dark berries, cassis, plum, some new oak and an herbal spiciness. Dense and youthful texture, a fresh backbone, young and grippy tannin, fresh dark fruit, bright cassis and sage flavours, and a long and lingering finish. Still youthful but well-built for long ageing.
