Clos Badon – 2017

Dense inky purple colour. Pure and ripe nose offering dark berries, cassis, chocolate, tobacco and finely tuned oak with mild spices and pepper. The palate is dense and concentrated offering lovely floral dark fruit with grainy tannin, balanced oak and a fresh acidity underneath, good layers, fine spice and a long vigorous finish.
