Colle del Bricco – Makedon – NV

Intense inky purple colour with a light mousse. Dark cherry, plum, ginger and clove notes. Slightly sweet yet fresh palate with some young tannins, a very gentle mousse, dark fruit flavours and rather long finish. A different style but balanced in its style.
